Raul Brewster, Manager-Wilmington Office
 Raul S. Brewster, better known as "Katt", was born in the Bronx, NY. He has been in the bail bonding business for over 12 years. He enjoys meeting new people and helping them through difficult times. Raul taught Tae-Kwon-Do for 8 years, which was where he was introduced to the bonding business. One of his students was in the business and got him interested. Using the martial arts skills, he was able to act in several movies including Weeds with Nick Nolte, Silver Bullet, and teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I & II. In his free time he enjoys working out, shooting pool and hanging out with his children.
John Howard, Manager-Bladen Co. Office
John has worked for Powell Bail Bonding for 17 years. He is the Manager of the Delco/Riegelwood office.
In his free time he likes to hunt and fish and he is always looking for new business!
 John Leonard, Manager-Wilmington Office
As the longest running employee at Powell Bail Bonding, Mr. Leonard has been with the company for over 15 years. His expertise in the field is an asset to the team where he guides new hires in the right direction. With many years of bonding in his background, Mr. Leonard has built a strong and lasting reputation within the community. His background is in law enforcement as well as being trained in the military. As a horse lover, he spends his time with his family sharing quality time together.

Amanda Bensen, Bail Bondsman
Amanda was exposed to the business at an early age. She started working for Powell Bail Bonding in a part time position and it has grown into a professional career. According to Amanda, "This is a job you either love or hate, and I LOVE it!"
Gene Benson, Bail Bondsman
Gene is from Warsaw, NC and works in the Duplin Co. Offoce. He has been with the company for over 2 years. Before working with Powell Bail Bonding, he was a police officer for the Warsaw Police Department for 5 years, Guilford Mills for over 18 years and a part owner of The Sign Shop. He has been married for over 27 years and has 4 children.
Jamil Best, Bail Bondsman
Jamil works out of the Whiteville Office. He has been with Powell Bail Bonding for over 2 years and spends his free time playing the keyboard and organ. He is also an accomplished barber. He is excited about working with you!
Brenda Bryant, Administration
I am from Turkey, NC. I have a bachelors degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, fishing and spending time with my children.
Larry Isaac, Bail Bondsman
Mr. Issac is very personable and friendly. With his calm, gentle dimeanor, he is resilliant during a crisis. As a nationally known martial artist, he has been able to travel. Through martial arts he has learned patience, strength and widsom. Call Mr. Issac for your bonding needs!
John Kuhn, Bail Bondsman
Working out of the Onslow County Office, he has been with the company for 4 years. He is married with 2 children and is originally from Fayetteville. There have been many newspaper articles and editorials written about John and his steadfast temperment and commitment to catching someone on the run! Anyone who meets John will quickly realize he is very charismatic with a wonderful personality and is ALWAYS on the phone!

Cindy Lee, Bookkeeper
As a Wilmington native, Cindy has been in the bookkeeping business for over 15 years. She brings a high level of expertise to the Powell Bail Bonding company, her parent's business. In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach or with her dog.
Kathy Lee, Administration
I have lived in the Wilmington area the last 27 years. I have been in the office administration field for a long time. I enjoy working on computers, cooking, and bowling. I look forward to helping you with all your bonding needs.
Julie Leonard, Bail Bondsman
As the wife of John Leonard, Julie has been working with the company for 2 years as an agent. She works out of the Pender Co. office, is a Wilmington native, and spends her free time volunteering at her daughter’s school.
Beth Lunsford, Bail Bondsman
She has worked for Powell Bail Bonding for 2 years. She is a Pender County native and works out of the Pender county Office. She grew up around the industry and with family in the bonding business she had support on her career choice.
Zack McGee, Bail Bondsman
Zack is new to Powell Bail Bonding. He has just moved from Long Island, N.Y. and is excited about working with such a distinguished company.
Tye "Rely on Tye" McQuillan, Bail Bondsman
Tye was born and raised in Wilmington. His favorite part of the job is helping people in a time of crisis. He is known to create a 'buzz' around town as one of the best in the business with his jazz events and local appearances.
Kelvin Miller, Bail Bondsman
Kelvin has been working with Powell Bail Bonding for a few years. To him, this is more than just a job, this is a family. Powell has taught him to be professional in business and other life skills necessary to be a successful agent. He is excited about his future with Powell Bail Bonding.
Annette Peters, Office Manager-Main Office
Annette has been with Powell Bail Bonding for 14 years. She started out as a Bond Agent and then worked in the collections department. As a long-time member of the company, she offers support and reliable information for the rest of the Powell Bonding team. She is a constant face in the main office and keeps everyone on the move!
“Coach” Pridgen, Bail Bondsman
Coach Pridgen is a P.E. teacher and head girls basketball coach at Hoggard High School. He has been with the company for 4 years. A relative in the business got him started in the bonding industry. He is widowed with 3 children and very active in his church.
Nate Rooker, Bail Bondsman

Tammy Tilghman, Bail Bondsman
Tammy is a North Carolina native that has been with Powell Bail Bonding for 4 years. She services the Sampson County area, home of Willie Parker, running back of the Pittsburg Steelers. In her free time, tammy likes to work out, travel and hang out with her kids.
Ralph Watters, Jr., Bail Bondsman
Ralph was born and raised in Wilmington. He is an avid Harley rider and collector. Don’t be fooled by his ‘tough guy’ persona, as he has a very friendly personality and doesn’t bite!
